LONDON - Polish goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski has signed a new long-term contract with Arsenal, the Premier League clubs said on their website on Friday.
The 24-year-old Fabianski, who joined Arsenal from Legia Warsaw in 2007, is the club's number two keeper behind Manuel Almunia. The Pole has played 24 matches for the Gunners' first team, including this season's FA Cup semifinal defeat to Chelsea, in which his was criticised for allowed Florent Malouda's low shot to beat him at the near post. He has also won 14 senior caps for the Polish national team, the majority of which hace come in friendlies. ARSENAL FANS!
