Scotland trio ruled out of qualifiers

Scotland defenders David Weir and Kirk Broadfoot have been ruled out of the World Cup qualifiers against Netherlands and Iceland.

Weir has a knee injury and Broadfoot has a foot problem, the Scottish Football Association said. The Rangers pair will miss the match in Amsterdam on Saturday and next week's home game against Iceland.

Derby County midfielder Kris Commons, who has not played for a month because of a calf injury, was also ruled out of both games.
