Bendtner: I should play every game for Gunners
Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner believes he is the best striker on the Gunners's books and that he should be playing in every minute of every match for Arsene Wenger's side.
The Danish international has continually found himself benched in favour of strike-partners Robin van Persie and Emmanuel Adebayor this season.
But with the Togolese target man sidelined with a hamstring injury, and Croatian Eduardo only recently returning to full fitness, Bendtner believes he should now be top Gunner at the Emirates Stadium.
"I'm very sorry to see Adebayor injured as we need him fit and to be playing in the league," he told the Mirror. "But it does not really matter to me who is fit and available.
"I should start every game, I should be playing every minute of every match and always be in the team."
The Dane also declared that he is not concerned about the much-hyped arrival of Andrei Arshavin from Zenit St Petersburg, claiming he's never even seen the Russian playmaker in action.
"I've never seen Arshavin," he said. "I did not watch Euro 2008. I've no idea what sort of player he is."
