Sometimes, idly flicking through the satellite channels, you come across sun-kissed athletic bodies stretching lithely on some impeccably-manicured foreign turf.

So it is today, but instead of Aerobics Oz Style, we're now being shown England doing their warm-ups. Including a certain chisel-jawed lovely called Gareth Barry.

Obviously this is Very Exciting News, for England and Sky. It's only slightly tempered by the fact that also doing his stretches is David Beckham...
