Scott Brown and Steven Gerrard both charged by SFA following Old Firm derby

Celtic captain Scott Brown and Rangers manager Steven Gerrard have both been hit with Scottish Football Association disciplinary charges over Sunday’s fractious derby encounter.

Both clubs have also been cited relating to the confrontation immediately after Celtic’s 2-1 victory, which extended their lead at the top of the Ladbrokes Premiership to 13 points.
