Tottenham come into this one buoyed by five-goal thrashings over Lion City Sailors and Shakhtar Donetsk. This is the last test before Brentford play host on Sunday in the Premier League opener.
Barcelona have had a good preseason, trouncing arch-rivals Real Madrid, Vissel Kobe and AC Milan. The only blemish was a 5-3 loss to Arsenal. Like Tottenham, their season kicks off away from home on Sunday, as they travel to Getafe.

Barcelona vs Tottenham kick-off is at 8pm BST on Wednesday 8 August in the UK. The game is not being shown live on UK television, only being broadcast on SpursPlay.
In the US, kick-off time is 3pm ET / 12pm PT. The match will not be shown on US television.

International Premier League TV rights
• UK: Sky Sports and BT Sport are the two main players once again, but Amazon also have a slice of the pie in 2022/23.
