Neil Lennon will want to see a response from his players when Celtic take on Sparta Prague on Thursday.
The reigning Scottish champions dropped two more points at the weekend, as a 2-2 draw with Hibernian left them 11 points adrift of Rangers at the top of the Premiership. Celtic have two games in hand on their bitter rivals and there is a long way to go this term, yet there is a growing feeling that Rangers could be in line to win their first title since 2011.
Lennon can take little consolation from the Europa League given his team’s position at the foot of Group H. Lille, AC Milan and Sparta Prague make for extremely tough opponents, but a 4-1 loss to the latter at Celtic Park earlier this month was a major disappointment. Celtic’s hopes of qualifying for the round of 32 are slim - they have amassed just one point from a possible nine - and a failure to win in the Czech Republic this week would leave the Bhoys on the brink of elimination.
That 4-1 triumph in Glasgow keeps Sparta in contention for a place in the knockout phase, although a failure to win here would be a huge blow to their hopes of finishing above either Lille or Milan.
Celtic remain without Christopher Jullien, James Forrest and Michael Johnston due to various injury problems. Lennon may be tempted to make some changes to his starting XI after criticising his players’ hunger following the draw with Hibernian, with Leigh Griffiths and Odsonne Edouard both pushing for recalls.
Sparta may have brushed Celtic aside at Parkhead, but four of their last five matches in all competitions have ended in defeat. That will give Celtic a degree of confidence heading into what can only be described as a must-win match in Prague.
Kick-off is at 17.55pm GMT and the game is being shown on BT Sport 3 in the UK. See below for watching details where you are.

Use a VPN to watch a Sparta Prague v Celtic live stream from outside your country
We know, we know, this has crept up on you a bit. So what if you’ve organised a quick winter break and you’re out of the country for the first Champions League week of the season?
We can help. If you’re out of the country for this round of Champions League fixtures, then annoyingly your domestic on-demand services won’t work – the broadcaster knows where you are because of your IP address, and you’ll be blocked from watching.
But assistance is on hand. To get around that, all you have to do is get a Virtual Private Network (VPN), assuming it complies with your broadcaster’s T&Cs. A VPN creates a private connection between your device and t'internet, meaning the service can’t work out where you are and won't automatically block the service you've paid for. All the info going between is entirely encrypted – and that's a result.
There are plenty of good-value options out there, including:

2. Nord VPN (inc. 30-day, money-back guarantee)
A cheaper option; its cheapest package current averages at a titchy £2.29 per month.
3. IPVanish (inc. seven-day money-back guarantee)
Slightly more expensive but supports up to 10 devices, and you can pay up your hard-earned every three months if required.
