Ancelotti enjoys ‘special day’ as he makes winning start at Everton

Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton managerial debut was a “special day” after a late Dominic Calvert-Lewin header secured a 1-0 victory over Burnley to ensure he got off to a winning start.

The Italian was in the Goodison Park dugout for the first time having been appointed on Saturday.
