Socceroo midfielder Oliver Bozanic has been linked with a transfer to a German club.
Bozanic left Luzern earlier this month after two years with the Swiss side. The 26-year old, who joined Luzern in 2013 from the Central Coast Mariners, is currently a free agent.
FourFourTwo understands Bozanic has attracted interest from the Bundesliga.
It is believed the midfielder is keen to continue his career in Europe, and not return to the A-League, after rejecting a new contract at Luzern.
An unnamed German club has made enquiries about the former Parramatta Eagles and Blacktown City junior, who scored six goals in 51 league appearances in the Swiss Super League.
Bozanic has represented Australia at Under-20, Under-23 and senior level, his last cap for the Socceroos coming against Macedonia in March.
