Brisbane Roar

Jamie Young: Outstretched for the first goal. Second goal not to blame. Looks like he needs time to adjust to the A-League - 7
Shane Stefanutto: Got caught out for pace on a couple of occasions. Up against Cirio he got beat for the cross which led to the goal - 5.5
James Donachie: The own goal cost his team. Played in an unfamiliar right back position and needs time to adjust - 5.5
Jade North: Not too bad but was part of a defense conceding two goals at home - 6
Matt Smith: Had a good solid physical battle with Bruce Djite. Djite's goal was very hard to defend - 6.5
Liam Miller: The midfielder was hardly noticed at times. Will need to step up - 6
Luke Brattan: Very bright and had plenty of touches. Key midfielder for Roar - 7.5
Matt McKay: Was not his day. Played a poor pass which led to Adelaide’s opening goal. Then got a second yellow for dissent - 4.5
Mensur Kurtishi: Debutant. Filling massive shoes and would prefer to see more - 6
Thomas Broich: Quality player. Got on the score sheet again. Sure to see more goals coming from him. Will need to step up even more in Berisha’s absence - 7.5
Dmitri Petratos: Average. Marked out of the contest by Elrich - 6

Henrique: Came on as a sub. Made a strong impact - 7
Steven Lustica: Came on and did not have a massive impact - 6
Jean Carlos Solorzano: Will need to start scoring to cement a spot - 6
