Goalkeeper Mat Ryan has been ruled out of the Socceroos squad to face Bangladesh and Tajikistan.
Ryan picked up a minor knee injury during Valencia's 1-1 draw with Deportiva La Coruna in Spain.
His place will be taken by Adelaide United goalkeeper Eugene Galekovic.
The 23-year-old becomes the fourth player to pull out of the squad following skipper Mile Jedinak, Robbie Kruse and Tomi Juric.
Socceroos coach Ange Postecoglou said: “It’s a blow for Mat to miss these games but he picked up a knock in Spain overnight and with the travel distance and the lateness of his club game we have decided to bring in Eugene Galekovic.
“Eugene is more than capable replacement and he will join us in Perth and we will move ahead without Mat.”
