English Premier League heavyweights Tottenham Hotspur are set to take on Sydney FC in a blockbuster encounter at ANZ Stadium on May 30.
The North London club joins a winter feast of football Down Under with Manchester City, Real Madrid and Roma confirmed for July.
Liverpool are returning in the same month to take on Brisbane Roar and Adelaide United and the Socceroos are set to host an international friendly in June.
Spurs boast a raft of stars including Emmanuel Adebayor, Christian Eriksen, Mousa Dembele, Erik Lamela, Jan Vertonghen, Roberto Soldado and goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.

An official announcement of the match – financially backed by the NSW government and Destination NSW – is expected on Friday.comments
