Central Coast Mariners hit the paddock ahead of this weekend's opening clash with the F3 derby as the new-look squad settle into their new roles and develop partnerships.
It was a touch-feely session too with a bit of bonding going on as veterans mentored the youngsters and a burheoning friendshi between new signing Sengalese striker Malick Mane and Korean playmaker Kim Seung-yong.
The Mariners newest signings Jacob Poscoliero was also at training while former Sydney FC youth Zac Cairncross was put through his paces on trial as a possible injury replacement signing.
A sign of how much the squad has changed recently is that just two players remain from the starting side of the 2012 Grand Final - Josh Rose and John Hutchinson, with the remainer having left the club, replaced partly by those on the bench that night.
