Two European clubs have Brisbane Roar midfielder Steven Lustica in their sights.
FourFourTwo understands a Dutch club and a Belgian side are interested in signing the Roar player, who is contracted at Suncorp Stadium until the end of the 2015-2016 season.
Lustica spent part of the 2012-2013 season on loan in Brisbane, scoring two goals in 12 appearances, and then joined Adelaide United. The 23-year old left the Reds in February last year to return to the Roar.
A Canberra product, Lustica has played over 20 games for the Young Socceroos and has scored one goal in 12 matches for Brisbane this season.
It is believed the two European clubs have yet to table a formal offer for the central midfielder.
A former Sydney FC and Gold Coast United youth team player, Lustica has experience playing in Europe before after a stint playing in Croatia.
Lustica did not return calls from FourFourTwo at the time of writing.
Brisbane Roar recently released Macedonian striker Mensur Kurtishi while skipper Matt Smith moved to Thailand in December. The A-League club has signed former Wanderer Jerome Polenz.comments
