English League One side Swindon Town has not offered Joel Chianese a contract and the former Sydney FC striker has left the club.
Chianese had been trialing at the Country Ground since early August.
Swindon Town confirmed to FourFourTwo that manager Mark Cooper had decided against signing the 24-year old.
Chianese scored twice for Swindon’s development side in a 4-2 friendly loss against Cheltenham Town on September 3.
The Robins currently boast two Australian players on their roster in Socceroos Massimo Luongo and Brad Smith, with Smith on loan from Liverpool.
