The Scotland Euro 2024 squad suffered a night to forget in their opening game against Germany.

Heading into the game full of excitement and plenty of anticipation, Scotland eventually succumbed to the hosts 5-1 in the first match of Euro 2024. A torrid first half saw Germany head in 3-0 up, with Ryan Porteous also sent off for serious foul play against Ilkay Gundogan - a challenge he also conceded a penalty for.
