League leaders Reading are hoping to return to form after two consecutive defeats when Stoke City visit the Madejski on Saturday.
The Royals flew out of the blocks this season, winning seven of their opening eight games to go clear on the summit of the Championship table.
But their run came to a sudden and unexpected end with two defeats in the space of five days, a 3-2 loss at Coventry before a heavy 3-0 reverse at home to Preston in midweek.
Reading boss Veljko Paunovic will hope the results are a blip rather than the start of a slump, with his side still three points clear on top heading into the 11th round of fixtures.
Visiting Stoke have struggled for consistency of late, recording two wins and two losses in their last four matches to sit in mid-table obscurity in11th place.
But Michael O’Neill’s side are just two points outside the playoff places and will be eyeing a move up the table with no selection issues to speak of.
There is good news on the injury front for the hosts too, as Liam Moore, Ovie Ejaria and Yakou Meite are set to return to fitness.
