The value of a footballer is a curiously thing that fluctuates over time. Really, there's much more that goes into it other than a player's ability.

Marketability plays a part, as does how big their contract is. Their potential plays an important role too. Often players are bought not for what they've done, but what they could become. 

All things considered, we'd like you to name the 11 most valuable in each age bracket. There's lots to consider here: position, age, club etc. How many do you think you could correctly guess?
