Spurs are performing well at both ends of the field right now: not only do they possess the Premier League’s best defensive record, but only Chelsea have scored more than their 21 goals.
Chelsea may have to make do without Christian Pulisic once more, although the United States international might be fit enough for a place on the bench. Kai Havertz is back in contention after missing the Newcastle game, and Thiago Silva is likely to come into the backline in place of Antonio Rudiger. Elsewhere, Lampard must decide whether to field Tammy Abraham or Timo Werner through the middle, with the latter likely to play from the left if Abraham gets the nod up top.
Tottenham will be unable to call upon the services of Erik Lamela, but Harry Winks could be back among the substitutes. Davinson Sanchez will replace the injured Toby Alderweireld at centre-half and Serge Aurier will continue at right-back if Matt Doherty is ruled out with COVID-19. Japhet Tanganga is the only other absentee Mourinho will have to contend with.
