Chelsea will be begin life after Frank Lampard when they entertain Wolves on Wednesday.
The Blues ran out 3-1 winners against Luton in the fourth round of the FA Cup on Sunday, but that was not enough to save Lampard's job. The axe fell on Monday, with Thomas Tuchel lined up to succeed the club's all-time leading goalscorer in the dugout.

Roman Abramovich did not believe Lampard was capable of turning the situation around and has acted before Chelsea are out of the top-four race.
Wolves are also going through a sticky patch. Nuno Espirito Santo’s side are without a win in six games in the Premier League, with their last victory coming against Chelsea on December 15. Wolves are not struggling to score goals, having found the back of the net seven times in their last three league games, but the defensive solidity that they prided themselves on has been absent for several months. Indeed, Wolves have now gone 12 matches without a clean sheet and are now closer to the relegation zone than the top four.

Chelsea will have to make do without N’Golo Kante, who is nursing a thigh injury. Billy Gilmour will hope to keep his place in the team after an impressive performance against Luton, but Timo Werner is unlikely to start after missing a penalty in that game. Tammy Abraham is set to continue up front after his brace at the weekend.
Wolves will be unable to call upon the services of Daniel Podence, Jonny Otto and Fernando Marcal. It is still unclear when Raul Jimenez will be ready to return, but Willian Jose could make his Premier League debut after joining the club on loan from Real Sociedad.
