Highly-rated Olyroo Mustafa Amini has signed a three-year deal with Danish club Randers FC.
Amini, 22, joined Borussia Dortmund in 2011 but ended his stay with the Bundesliga club at the end of the season.
And he has made the switch to Denmark, joining former Perth Glory goalkeeper Jack Duncan at Randers.
"I did not know much about either Danish football or Randers FC," Amini said in a statement on the club's website.
"But after having Googled both I can see that I have come to an ambitious club with a big role in the Super League.
"I've got a nice reception at the club and I cannot wait to get started."
Randers, who are one-time Danish Cup winners, finished fourth in the Danish Superliga in 2014-15.
That was enough to send them into the UEFA Europa League first qualifying round.
Amini never played a senior game at Dortmund, having arrived at the club after impressing at the Central Coast Mariners.
The talented attacking midfielder has represented Australia at youth team levels.comments
