Watch a Manchester City v Burnley live stream, as the Clarets eye an upset against Pep Guardiola's side
Manchester City v Burnley live stream, BT Sport, Saturday 28 November, 3pm GMT
Manchester City will be looking to bounce back from last weekend’s loss to Tottenham when they entertain Burnley on Saturday.
City’s underwhelming start to the season continued last time out, as goals from Son Heung-min and Giovani Lo Celso condemned them to another defeat at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Pep Guardiola’s side slumped to 13th in the table as a result of that reverse in north London, having now failed to win five of their first eight matches this term.
The biggest concern for Guardiola will be the inefficiency of his team’s attack. City have scored only eight goals so far this term, with just six teams having found the net less often. In a bid to make City more solid, Guardiola appears to be promoting controlled possession. However, that has caused the attack to stultify, with City struggling to create as many chances as we have grown accustomed to in recent campaigns.
The return of Sergio Aguero from injury will no doubt help, although creation has been a bigger issue than conversion in the last few weeks. Benjamin Mendy, Fernandinho and Nathan Ake will again miss out, but Raheem Sterling should be back in the starting XI after beginning the defeat by Spurs on the bench.
Burnley collected their first victory of the season on Monday night, overcoming Crystal Palace 1-0 at Turf Moor. It was a hard-fought win for the Clarets and one which saw them climb out of the bottom three, but a return of four goals from eight games is cause for concern.
Dyche will have to make do without Jack Cork and Dale Stephens for the trip to the Etihad. Jay Rodriguez is likely to continue alongside Chris Wood up front, and the Burnley boss will be delighted to have Ben Mee and James Tarkowski working in tandem once more.
Kick-off is at 3pm GMT and the game is being shown on BT Sport 1 in the UK. See below for watching details where you are.

Use a VPN to watch Manchester City v Burnley live stream from outside your country
If you’re on holiday or just simply out of the country, your domestic on-demand services won’t work – the broadcaster knows exactly where you are from your IP address. Your access to the game will be automatically blocked, which is annoying if you’ve paid a subscription fee and don't want to use an illegal, buffering stream that makes you miss another Jose Mourinho tantrum. And that's where we recommend ExpressVPN (more on which below).
All you need to do is get a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to get beyond such aggravations (assuming it complies with your broadcaster’s T&Cs). A VPN creates a private connection between your device and the internet, meaning suppliers can’t work out where you are and what you’re doing. The info going to and from is entirely encrypted.
