Juric lands at Luzern

Socceroo striker has joined Swiss club FC Luzern on a two-year contract after leaving Roda JC.

Juric had one season in Holland with Roda JC after leaving Western Sydney, scoring seven goals in 21 appearances.

The 24-year old was in demand in the Chinese Super League, but he has elected to stay in Europe.

Juric had an offer from Roda JC for the 2016/2017 season but elected to leave the club. The Socceroo is the second Aussie to depart the Dutch side in recent months, with Rostyn Griffiths also exiting.

Fellow Socceroo Oliver Bozanic spent two seasons at FC Luzern, from 2013 to 2015, scoring six goals in 51 matches.

Die Leuchten finished third in the Swiss Super League last season and are managed by former Liverpool and Bayern Munich defender Markus Babbel.
