Germany enter the 2026 World Cup clash in staggeringly hot form, having decimated Curacao by a scoreline of 7-1 in their previous fixture.

ITV's complete line-up of commentators, pundits and presenters for Germany vs Ivory Coast in Group E at the 2026 World Cup
Germany vs Ivory Coast at the 2026 World Cup will be played at the Toronto Stadium in Canada.
The game will kick off at 9PM UK time, and British viewers will be able to watch the event via ITV's broadcast, helmed by Laura Woods.
Woods will tonight be joined tonight by the one and only Gary Lineker.
Lineker, remembered as the face of Match of the Day, has embarked on a highly successful podcasting journey in recent years.

The Netflix series, The Rest Is Football, is his main platform for 2026 World Cup coverage, but his services will be present for ITV this evening.
Lineker, who once presented an episode of Match of the Day in just shorts, recently announced that he will repeat those antics should the 2026 World Cup see one major event.
The 65-year-old will also be joined by a star-studded punditry line-up of Gary Neville, Ian Wright and Duncan Ferguson.
Neville, known predominantly for his work with Sky Sports, recently provided punditry services for England's World Cup opener, expressing concern over the Three Lions' squad make-up.
Wright showed solidarity with his co-pundit tonight, Lineker, back in 2023 after the latter's tweets regarding government policy led to the BBC asking him to take a step back from Match of the Day, which Wright boycotted as a result.
Assuming commentary duties are Seb Hutchinson, and ex-Crystal Palace star Andros Townsend, who will be the game's voices for ITV.
