Wycombe Wanderers v Tottenham Hotspur live stream, BT Sport 1, Monday 25 January, 19.45pm GMT

Tottenham will be looking to avoid an upset when they face Wycombe in the fourth round of the FA Cup on Monday.

Jose Mourinho’s side beat eight-tier outfit Marine in the last round, triumphing 5-0 against the men from Merseyside. This tie should be a little trickier, but Spurs are again heavy favourites to triumph over opponents who are currently propping up the Championship table. Mourinho will no doubt be a little unhappy about the timing of this fixture, and his team selection will be influenced by Thursday’s crunch clash with Liverpool in the Premier League.

Tottenham endured a disappointing December, winning only one of their five league games and thus slipping down the standings. They have bounced back well this month, though, advancing to the League Cup final while also taking seven points from a possible nine in the top flight. Mourinho will be desperate to win silverware this term, but Spurs played five games within the first 17 days of 2021 and will almost certainly rest some of their big names at Adams Park. You can get 2/9 on a Tottenham win with Bet365, where new customers can get up to £100 in Bet Credits.

Wycombe, by contrast, have not played for 16 days after an outbreak of coronavirus in their camp. It has been - as expected - a difficult campaign so far for Gareth Ainsworth’s side, who are already 10 points adrift of safety in the Championship following their unlikely promotion last time out. Ainsworth looks set to name a full-strength side for the visit of Spurs. You can get 10/1 on a home win with Bet365, with the draw available at 11/2.

Joe Hart, Carlos Vinicius, Lucas Moura and Erik Lamela are among the fringe players who should be given rare starts by Mourinho. Gareth Bale is also likely to feature from the first whistle, with the Welshman still struggling to fight his way into Tottenham’s first-choice team in the Premier League. The likes of Harry Kane, Son Heung-min and Tanguy Ndombele will probably be given the night off ahead of the Liverpool match.

Kick-off is at 19.45pm GMT and the game is being shown on BT Sport 1 in the UK. See below for watching details where you are.

Use a VPN to watch a Wycombe Wanderers v Tottenham Hotspur live stream from outside your country

If you’re on holiday or just simply out of the country, your domestic on-demand services won’t work – the broadcaster knows exactly where you are from your IP address. Your access to the game will be automatically blocked, which is annoying if you’ve paid a subscription fee and don't want to use an illegal, buffering stream that makes you miss another Jose Mourinho tantrum. And that's where we recommend ExpressVPN (more on which below).

All you need to do is get a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to get beyond such aggravations (assuming it complies with your broadcaster’s T&Cs). A VPN creates a private connection between your device and the internet, meaning suppliers can’t work out where you are and what you’re doing. The info going to and from is entirely encrypted.
