Costa Rican international Kenny Cunningham looks set to leave Wellington Phoenix after tweeting his goodbyes to fans.
The 29-ear-old striker winds up a two-year contract with Wellington as the club’s eighth highest goal scorer.

He made 40 A-League appearances for Phoenix, but under coach Ernie Merrick this season was mainly used as an impact player.
Cunningham was a 78th minute substitute for Phoenix in Sunday's Elimination Final, where they lost 2-0 at home to Melbourne City FC, bringing a disappointing end to their season.
Phoenix has a number of players off contract including New Zealand international Michael Boxall, Josh Brindell South and Jason Hicks.comments
