Perth Glory defender Dino Djulbic has signed a two-year contract extension with the A-League leaders.
Djulbic, 32, joined the Glory on a one-season deal in the off-season but has extended that until the end of 2017.
The centre-back, in his second stint at the club, hopes the majority of the Glory's squad stays together.
"You can see what the boys have done in eight months together, imagine what we can do over the next couple of years together," Djulbic said in a statement.
"I hope we stay together and build towards the future."
Djulbic's extension comes just days after coach Kenny Lowe earned an additional year on his deal.
Lowe remaining at the Glory in the long-term was a huge factor behind Djulbic extending his deal.
“I’ve known Kenny for a long time and he’s been a big influence on my football. He was a big part of the reason I decided to come back, him being a part of the club," Djulbic said.
“Deciding to stay for the next two years was made easier when I knew Kenny was going to be here for the long term."comments
