Central Coast Mariners 0
Wellington Phoenix 1 (Appiah-Kubi 18')
Central Coast Stadium, Gosford (NSW)
An all A-League FFA Cup tie that throws up a tie between one side with a point to prove (the Mariners) and another looking to build on a strong A-League Season 10 campaign (Phoenix).
GOAL 18': A horror moment for goalkeeper Paul Izzo on debut for the Mariners, as Kwabena Appiah-Kubi pounces on an error out from the back to put the Phoenix in front.
FULL TIME: Phoenix are through, winning their first FFA Cup match, after Central Coast Mariners' new signing Roy O'Donovan missed a late chance to equalise from the penalty spot.
Newcastle Jets 2 (3) (Carney 24', Haliti 115')
Perth Glory 2 (4) (Sidnei 87', Marinkovic 92')
Magic Park, Broadmeadow (NSW)
The 'new' Newcastle Jets meet last season's Westfield FFA Cup finalists Perth Glory - two clubs with much to prove.
GOAL 24': After being frozen out last season, former Socceroo David Carney enjoys his return to the pitch, intercepting a pass from Antony Golec and beating Jerrard Tyson with a cracking shot to notch up the 50th goal in the Round of 32.
GOAL 87': With just minutes to spare Perth find the equaliser. A cross by Nebojsa Marinkovic is flicked onto Sidnei who taps it home at the far post.
PENALTY 92': Extra time and Marinkovic beats Mark Birighitti to put the visitors ahead.
GOAL 115': A late surge from the Jets. Carney fires it in and Labinot Haliti - denied a goal earlier in the match - fires in from close range and puts the Jets right back in it. We're into penalties...
PENALTIES: Last year's FFA Cup grand finalists Perth Glory prevail 4-3 in the penalty shootout.
Oakleigh Cannons 1 (5) (Piemonte 93')
FNQ Heat 1 (4) (Gosling 119')
Jack Edwards Reserve, Oakleigh (VIC)
An all-PS4 NPL clash on match day 4 of the Westfield FFA Cup sees a Queensland side in-form and desperate to atone for last year's failure at this stage face a Melbourne club managed by a rising star of Aussie coaching.
GOAL 93': The deadlock is finally broken at Magic Park in extra time, with a stunning left-footed free kick by Dean Piemonte into the top left corner.
GOAL 119': Dramatic scenes in Melbourne. Jamie Gosling unleashes a speculative long range shot and a fortuitous bounce beats the keeper sending the game to penalties.
PENALTIES: Oakleigh Cannons win the penalty shootout and progress to the next round.
Western Sydney Wanderers 1 (Mebrahtu 69')
Brisbane Roar 0
Pepper Stadium, Penrith (NSW)
Two former A-League grand final combatants from 2014 meet for a spot in the round of 16 in the 2015 Westfield FFA Cup. This could well be the pick of the night's four games with terrific quality across both squads.
GOAL 69': Golgol Mebrahtu breaks the deadlock in Penrith, latching onto some nice lead-up work from Romeo Castelen and driving the ball into the corner. Just reward for an outstanding shift.
FULL-TIME: Just one goal in it and the Wanderers are through, atoning for last year's shock elimination in the Round of 32.
