Club Brugge have officially announced the signing of Socceroo Bernie Ibini on a three-year deal.
Ibini, 22, joins the Belgian powerhouses from Shanghai SIPG after a strong season on loan at Sydney FC where he scored seven goals in 28 appearances.
The attacker will link up with ex-Central Coast team-mate Mat Ryan in Brugge, where he had a trial in January 2013.

"The choice for Club Brugge is a logical one,” Ibini told the club’s website.
“Of course I know my good friend Maty, but Club Brugge is primarily a team with an international reputation.
“Their success in the Europa League in Australia was noticed.
“There’s respect for what they have done this season. I'm already looking forward to working hard for club.”
Ibini’s excellent 2014-15 campaign with the Sky Blues, which led to his Socceroos debut, prompted Brugge to reignite their interest in him.
"We’ve known Bernie for a long time. In 2013 when he was here on trial, he made a good impression and he was already known as one of the rising stars of Australian football,” Brugge CEO Vincent Mannaert said.
“He has done well in the past two years and is now well established, so an opportunity arose for us.
“Ibini is athletic, fast and has potential for growth. In addition, his versatility is also an asset.”
