Brisbane Roar have decided against re-signing out-of-contract Serbian striker Andrija Kaluderovic.
Kaluderovic, 27, joined the Roar in January – and he scored seven goals in 16 matches in all competitions for the three-time A-League champions.
On arrival, the former Beijing Guoan and FC Thun striker signed a deal until the end of the 2014-15 campaign.
And the Roar, now under new coach John Aloisi, have opted against extending Kaluderovic's stay.
The club confirmed the news to FourFourTwo late on Saturday.
Brisbane host La Liga outfit Villarreal in a friendly at Suncorp Stadium on Wednesday.
In a statement released later by the club, Kaluderovic said: “I have enjoyed so much playing with the team and have made some very good friendships.
“The Roar fans made me feel very much at home and my family and I have had a wonderful time in Brisbane.
“We thank everyone who supported us and I wish my team mates and the club very much success in the future.
“Brisbane Roar and its fans will always be in my heart.”comments
