Preston North End and Bristol City are both aiming to bounce back from consecutive defeats when they face off at Deepdale on Friday.
The hosts fell to back-to-back losses away to Luton and Barnsley in their last two games, while the Robins were beaten by Rotherham and Millwall.
Those results left Bristol City in ninth place, but they can climb back into the playoff spots with a win against 16th-placed Preston.
Alex Neil could bring Scott Sinclair and Jayden Stockley into his starting line-up, while Tom Bayliss is also pushing for inclusion.
Famara Diedhiou misses out for the visitors through suspension, while Zak Vyner, Callum O’Dowda and Antoine Semenyo are set to return to the starting XI.
The two teams couldn’t be split last season after a 3-3 draw at Deepdale and 1-1 tie in Bristol.
