Indios sack coach after 14 games without win

MEXICO CITY - Mexican team Indios sacked coach Jose Trevino on Wednesday after failing to win any of his 14 matches in charge, the club said in a statement.

Indios appointed Trevino in October after firing Uruguayan Hugo Eugui and have now gone a total of 25 games without a victory.

Trevino was at the helm for five draws and nine defeats, leaving the club bottom of the overall standings in the Clausura championship.
