Whether you agree or disagree with our list of the top 50 managers, there are two things that unite all of the various gaffers: they've all managed elite football clubs and they all have their own style. 

Management style varies, from the hairdryer treatment dished out by the likes of Fergie and Neil Warnock, to the arm round the shoulder mollycoddling of Harry Redknapp. So what's your style?
