Trezeguet out for more than a month

ROME - Juventus forward David Trezeguet will be sidelined for more than a month after suffering an ankle injury in Wednesday's 2-1 win at Parma in Serie A.

"The prognosis for a complete recovery is around 40 days," the Turin club said on their website.

It is a big blow to Juventus boss Ciro Ferrara, whose side are nine points behind leaders Inter Milan in third after a poor run.

The good news for the under-pressure coach is that Italy forward Vincenzo Iaquinta trained with his team mates on Thursday and looks close to returning after having knee surgery in October.
