Sheffield United’s relegation was confirmed last weekend but their visitors on Saturday, Brighton, are still battling to avoid the same fate.
The Blades have had a miserable season, winning just four games so far, and their demotion was confirmed after a defeat to Wolves last weekend, their sixth consecutive loss.
The Seagulls have notched back-to-back goalless draws against Everton and Chelsea and lost once in their last five league outings, but Graham Potter’s side aren’t safe yet.
Brighton are 16th with six games to go, seven points above the relegation zone, although Fulham in 18th have played an extra game.
The visitors' trip to the already-doomed Yorkshire club offers a glorious chance to take three points that would give them some breathing room and potentially leave them as high as 14th by the end of the round.
Albion haven’t got a good record in this fixture, though, winning once in their last 11 league meetings with United and failing to record a victory at Bramall Lane since January 2005.
Ben White picked up a late red card against Chelsea and will be suspended for the visitors, while Sheffield United are without the injured Jack O’Connell, Jack Robinson, Billy Sharp and Oli McBurnie.
