Southampton v Burnley live stream: how to watch the Premier League wherever you are in the world
Watch a Southampton v Burnley live stream, as both clubs look to climb clear of the drop zone
Southampton v Burnley live stream, Sky Sports, Sunday 4 April, 12pm BST
Southampton and Burnley will both be looking to pull further clear of the bottom three when they go head-to-head on Sunday.
Ralph Hasenhuttl’s side progressed to the FA Cup semi-finals before the international break, but they have endured a miserable 2021 in the Premier League. Saints were sitting sixth in the standings when they beat Liverpool in early January, but just one of their subsequent 12 top-flight outings has ended in a victory.
As such they head into this fixture having long since abandoned their European ambitions, although a seven-point gap separating them from the bottom three suggests they should be safe from relegation. Hasenhuttl will want to see his team emerge triumphant here to keep the nerves at bay.
Burnley are level on points with Southampton and also have the same -15 goal difference. Their outlook is altogether more positive though, with Sean Dyche having once again steered his team clear of trouble as the finish line comes into sight.
Like their upcoming opponents, Burnley are not guaranteed another season of Premier League football just yet, but victory over Southampton would leave them in a very healthy position.

Saints will be unable to call upon the services of Oriol Romeu, Will Smallbone and Michael Obafemi, but Danny Ings and Theo Walcott are available for selection once more. Che Adams has been a rare bright spot in recent weeks and should partner Ings up top.
Burnley are still without Ashley Barnes, but Jack Cork, Charlie Taylor, Kevin Long and Robbie Brady all have a chance of being passed fit. Dyche’s team are unbeaten in three going into this match, and will look to keep things tight at the back before hitting Southampton on the break. The Clarets have not lost at St Mary’s since October 2016, and have been beaten in just one of their last eight meetings with Saints.
Kick-off is at 12pm BST and the game is being shown on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League in the UK. See below for watching details where you are.

Use a VPN to watch a Southampton v Burnley live stream from outside your country
If you’re on holiday or just simply out of the country, your domestic on-demand services won’t work – the broadcaster knows exactly where you are from your IP address. Your access to the game will be automatically blocked, which is annoying if you’ve paid a subscription fee and don't want to use an illegal, buffering stream that makes you miss another Jose Mourinho tantrum. And that's where we recommend ExpressVPN (more on which below).
All you need to do is get a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to get beyond such aggravations (assuming it complies with your broadcaster’s T&Cs). A VPN creates a private connection between your device and the internet, meaning suppliers can’t work out where you are and what you’re doing. The info going to and from is entirely encrypted.
There are plenty of options out there, including:
ExpressVPN including a 30-day, money-back guarantee
FourFourTwo’s brainy office mates TechRadar love its super speedy connections, trustworthy security and the fact it works with Android, Apple, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, PS4 and loads more. You also get a money-back guarantee, 24/7 support and it's currently available for a knockdown price. Go get it!
NordVPN with quality mobile and desktop apps
A cheaper option and almost ExpressVPN's equal when it comes to quality, too. A single subscription covers six connections, so you can use it on mobile, laptop, streaming devices and more, all at the same time.
Surfshark offers a great VPN at a fraction of the price
It's clear to see why Surfshark is top of TechRadar's best cheap VPN table – it combines an excellent product with bargain pricing, starting at £2/$2.50 a month!
