Watch a Aston Villa v Arsenal live stream, as the Gunners aim to bounce back from defeat by Wolves
Aston Villa v Arsenal live stream, BT Sport, Saturday 6 February, 12.30pm GMT
Arsenal will be looking to bounce back from their midweek loss to Wolves when they travel to Villa Park this weekend.
The 2-1 defeat at Molineux ended Arsenal’s seven-match unbeaten run and left them nine points adrift of the top four. The Gunners’ hopes of Champions League qualification are hanging by a thread, although triumphing in the Europa League would also bring them a place in next season’s edition of the continent’s biggest competition.
In some ways Arsenal were unfortunate against Wolves, with David Luiz’s sending-off arguably proving the turning point. Mikel Arteta will hope to see a response here, but Arsenal fans will have bad memories of their 3-0 defeat by Aston Villa earlier in the campaign.
Dean Smith’s side were also beaten last time out, as a Jesse Lingard-inspired West Ham ran out 3-1 winners at Villa Park. No team in the division has drawn fewer games than Villa, and their results do seem to oscillate more than most. Still, with six points separating them from fifth place and two games in hand on many of the teams above them, Villa are very much part of the race for the European places.

Arsenal will have to make do without the suspended duo Leno and Luiz, with the club failing in their attempt to get the Brazilian’s ban overturned. Mat Ryan joined the club in the January transfer window but has been struggling with his fitness, although the Australian will be expected to step in between the sticks.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has missed several games through personal reasons and it is unclear when the Gabon international will be back in the fold. Pablo Mari has a 50-50 chance of being fit for this one, but Kieran Tierney is again set to miss out.
Aston Villa will be unable to call upon the services of Kortney Hause and Wesley Moraes, but Smith has no fresh injury concerns. Bertrand Traore dropped out for Anwar El Ghazi in midweek but could return to the side here, with Jack Grealish, Ross Barkley and Ollie Watkins completing a dangerous front four.
Kick-off is at 12.30pm GMT and the game is being shown on BT Sport 1 in the UK. See below for watching details where you are.

Use a VPN to watch a Aston Villa v Arsenal live stream from outside your country
If you’re on holiday or just simply out of the country, your domestic on-demand services won’t work – the broadcaster knows exactly where you are from your IP address. Your access to the game will be automatically blocked, which is annoying if you’ve paid a subscription fee and don't want to use an illegal, buffering stream that makes you miss another Jose Mourinho tantrum. And that's where we recommend ExpressVPN (more on which below).
All you need to do is get a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to get beyond such aggravations (assuming it complies with your broadcaster’s T&Cs). A VPN creates a private connection between your device and the internet, meaning suppliers can’t work out where you are and what you’re doing. The info going to and from is entirely encrypted.
There are plenty of options out there, including:
ExpressVPN including a 30-day, money-back guarantee
FourFourTwo’s brainy office mates TechRadar love its super speedy connections, trustworthy security and the fact it works with Android, Apple, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, PS4 and loads more. You also get a money-back guarantee, 24/7 support and it's currently available for a knockdown price. Go get it!
NordVPN with quality mobile and desktop apps
A cheaper option and almost ExpressVPN's equal when it comes to quality, too. A single subscription covers six connections, so you can use it on mobile, laptop, streaming devices and more, all at the same time.
Surfshark offers a great VPN at a fraction of the price
It's clear to see why Surfshark is top of TechRadar's best cheap VPN table – it combines an excellent product with bargain pricing, starting at £2/$2.50 a month!
