Quiz! Can you name the three highest all-time Premier League scorers for every current Prem club?
It’s hardly been a season of good news for Stoke, but the fact that they have a new outright Premier League goalscorer in this post-1992/93, Sky Sports-invented era is a sliver of good news. Sort of. At least for the all-around good egg who has the accolade.
But what about the other players who’ve billowed the net most often for every current Premier League club? As you’d expect, there’s quite the discrepancy in figures.
Liverpool and Manchester United can stand proud as the only sides who boast a trio of players with 100+ Premier League goals for each club. However, these players have all since moved on or retired. As you might expect, newcomers such as Bournemouth, Brighton and Huddersfield have somewhat lower totals – and more current players.
Now, 12 minutes are on the clock to try to name all 65 (there being a few players on joint totals), based on total Prem goals for each club and their chosen football nation. Let us know your score @FourFourTwo – we’ll retweet the best totals, if you don’t give answers away – and please challenge some friends while you’re at it.
