Premier League line-ups: Every expected XI this weekend
Trying to predict this weekend's Premier League line-ups? Here's how we expect the league to look for Gameweek 5

The Premier League line-ups will be announced before kick-off – but here's how we expect teams to shape up this weekend.
Every week, we bring you the XIs that every club will likely to put out, drawing on injury information, how the teams recently lined up and who's available.
So use the navigation to see how our experts expect your team to set up this weekend…
When are the Premier League line-ups released?
Every Premier League club can name their line-up an hour and 15 minutes before kick-off.
Clubs can choose to go earlier, of course, with managers like Marcelo Bielsa, for example, choosing to name his teams up to a day in advance. Such a power move.
When is the Fantasy Premier League deadline for transfers?
This week, the GW5 deadline for FPL is at 11am BST on Saturday, September 20 – 90 minutes before kick-off of the weekend's first fixture.
Line-ups for the first game of the weekend, the Merseyside derby, where Liverpool host rivals Everton, will drop 15 minutes later.

Arsenal
Arsenal line-up against Manchester City
Arsenal look set to be without Bukayo Saka once again, boosting Noni Madueke's chances of a start on the right flank.
Martin Odegaard did not make it to the bench for the Gunners' match against Athletic Club in the week, having sustained a shoulder injury in his side's last domestic outing against Nottingham Forest, but the manager did not believe it to be a serious setback.
William Saliba, however, did make the bench in Bilbao, having been absent since his 5th-minute withdrawal against Liverpool at the end of August, suggesting he could be nearing a return, which could affect new signing Cristhian Mosquera's minutes this weekend.
Elsewhere, Mikel Arteta's main debate is once again Eberechi Eze, especially since left-sided rival Gabriel Martinelli replaced him with 20 minutes to go in the week, notched a goal and an assist at San Mames.
Aston Villa
Aston Villa line-up against Sunderland
Aston Villa travel to the Stadium of Light still without a win in this Premier League season, and will hope they can change that, facing a newly promoted side.
Boubacar Kamara and Amadou Onana had been out since the back end of August, but Unai Emery confirmed last weekend that both are close to a return, and the former did indeed return for a cameo against Brentford in the EFL Cup this week.
New signings Jadon Sancho and Harvey Elliott started in that game, the latter bagging his first goal for the Villans, which could earn him a first Premier League start this weekend.
Bournemouth
Bournemouth line-up against Newcastle United
Bournemouth had no domestic or European action in midweek, and picked up no fresh injuries last weekend, so Andoni Iraola is free to try and keep up the momentum from consecutive wins against Tottenham Hotspur and Brighton & Hove Albion.
The head coach revealed last week that he hopes to have Bafode Diakite back this weekend, which could provoke some uncertainty around young defender Veljko Milosavljevic's starting berth if the former proves to be fit enough to start.
Ryan Christie could also make a return, with this game expected to come a little too soon for Adam Smith.
Brentford
Brentford line-up against Fulham
Brentford played a relatively strong team against Aston Villa in the EFL Cup this week, but did make some changes, with the likes of Hakon Valdimarsson, Benjamin Arthur and Antoni Milambo all starting that one.
It seems likely Keith Andrews will return to a more familiar line-up for this Premier League assignment, with only Paris Maghoma and Gustavo Gomes currently missing through injury.
Brighton & Hove Albion
Brighton & Hove Albion line-up against Tottenham Hotspur
Jack Hinshelwood went off injured against Bournemouth last weekend, an issue Fabian Hurzeler said he thinks is serious, so Yasin Ayari could partner Carlos Baleba in the midfield.
Defender Maxim De Cuyper had to be withdrawn in the first half of the same game, but the Seagulls' boss was less certain on his prognosis, so the hope will be that he has had enough time to recover over the course of this week.
Burnley
Burnley line-up against Nottingham Forest
Scott Parker opted to use a back five against Liverpool, and it almost worked, but for a last-minute Mohamed Salah penalty. Nevertheless, he could return to his trusted 4-2-3-1 now the incumbent champions are out of the way.
Lesley Ugochukwu received two yellow cards in that game, so will serve his one-game suspension this weekend, with Florentino Luis a potential candidate to pair alongside Josh Cullen in the middle of the park.
Parker also confirmed this week that Jacob Bruun Larsen has been back in training, but stopped short of confirming him as ready to be included in the starting XI just yet.
Chelsea
Chelsea line-up against Manchester United
Chelsea faced Bayern Munich in the Champions League this week, which saw Reece James undertake a midfield role against the tough German opposition.
It didn't quite work out, so he may drop back to his usual right-back berth this weekend in place of Malo Gusto.
Enzo Maresca expected Benoit Badiashile and Romeo Lavia to return after the international break, so both could be nearing that point this weekend, but whether either would break straight back into the side is uncertain in any case.
Liam Delap has been given a 10-12 week timeline for his thigh issue, so will not be part of this weekend's action.
Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace line-up against West Ham United
Oliver Glasner's Eagles are affected by some quite significant injuries, with Adam Wharton, Ismaila Sarr and Eddie Nketiah not expected back until next week's game against Liverpool.
Having played a relatively rotated side in the week against Millwall, with no significant returnees, there's a good chance Glasner opts for a similar side to that which faced Sunderland last time out.
Everton
Everton line-up against Liverpool
Everton are largely injury-free based on the most recent information, and in good form, so David Moyes is unlikely to make wholesale changes to the line-up.
Jarrad Branthwaite is a long-term absentee and will miss this Merseyside derby, but Vitaly Mykolenko is closing in on a return, which could allow James Garner a breather from the left-back role he has deputised in recently.
Elsewhere, new signing Thierno Barry has only started one Premier League game so far, and with Beto only having managed one goal this term, Moyes may decide it's time to reintroduce some competition.
Fulham
Fulham line-up against Brentford
Fulham have no significant injuries after Antonee Robinson returned to the bench against Leeds United last weekend.
Despite that, he was an unused substitute against Daniel Farke's side, so whether he is ready from the off is unclear as things stand.
Harry Wilson was hooked on the hour mark in that fixture, which may suggest impactful Brazilian winger Kevin is in line for his first start this weekend, after making his debut from the bench against Leeds.
Leeds United
Leeds United line-up against Wolverhampton Wanderers
Leeds United will be hoping to get their second victory on the board this season, facing winless Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Lucas Perri is not expected back for this game, so it seems Karl Darlow will keep the gloves between the sticks this weekend.
Joel Piroe has been passed fit by Daniel Farke, but mentioned that there is still competition for the spot, suggesting he may not necessarily take the striker role straight back off Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
Dan James and Wilfried Gnonto remain doubts, but are not definitely out of contention this weekend.
Liverpool
Liverpool line-up against Everton
The big question is, of course, whether Alexander Isak will make his first Premier League start for Liverpool this weekend – in the Merseyside derby, of all games.
Questions remain over how the Swede and fellow new striker Hugo Ekitike fit into the same side, with some suggestions that the latter could take a wide role. Should that be the case, Cody Gakpo may be the player to drop out.
On the injury front, Curtis Jones is the Reds' only doubt as things stand.
Manchester City
Manchester City line-up against Arsenal
The main talking point with Manchester City in recent weeks has been whether James Trafford or Gianluigi Donnarumma will pitch up between the sticks.
With the Italian having started both the Manchester derby and the Sky Blues' Champions League bout against Napoli in the week, it appears that debate has been settled.
Rayan Cherki and Omar Marmoush remain sidelined, giving in-form Phil Foden a clear run at the starting XI.
Rayan Ait-Nouri and John Stones have also been out with injuries, and with unclear return dates, Abdukodir Khusanov could be required to fill in at full-back once more, with Josko Gvardiol shifting into the centre.
Manchester United
Manchester United line-up against Chelsea
Manchester United had to do without Matheus Cunha in the Manchester derby, following an injury sustained against Burnley, and there is yet to be a confirmed date for his return, as is the case with Diogo Dalot and Mason Mount.
That trio's absence saw Amad take a more advanced role at the Etihad, with Noussair Mazraoui coming in at right wing-back.
Doubts remain, however, about whether a deeper midfield assignment is the best use of Bruno Fernandes, so we could see him join Bryan Mbeumo further forward, with a more solid base of Manuel Ugarte and Casemiro behind.
Newcastle United
Newcastle United line-up against Bournemouth
Although back in the squad for Newcastle United's midweek meeting with Barcelona, Anthony Gordon will be absent against Bournemouth as he serves the last game of his suspension following a straight red card against Liverpool.
Fabian Schar was withdrawn with a head injury against Barca, so with a tight turnaround this weekend, it's uncertain whether he'll be ready.
Both Jacob Ramsey and Yoane Wissa are expected to miss this weekend with injuries, giving Nick Woltemade a clear run to add to his debut-day goal.
Nottingham Forest
Nottingham Forest line-up against Burnley
There has been no new manager bounce for Ange Postecoglou at Nottingham Forest, with a first-game loss against Arsenal followed up by a shock defeat to Swansea City in the EFL Cup this week.
The Australian named a rotated side for that midweek clash, and given the result, it seems likely he'll revert to a similar line-up fielded against Arsenal.
Murillo suffered an injury on that trip to the Emirates but has been working his way back. Should this game come too soon, however, then Morato could get the nod.
Ola Aina will be out, having just been through surgery, so with Morato shifting central, Nicolo Savona could be one of the few to retain his place from the Swansea defeat.
Sunderland
Sunderland line-up against Aston Villa
Regis Le Bris has suggested that Dan Ballard and Luke O'Nien may be available for this game, but whether the manager opts to throw them straight back in, especially after going unbeaten in their last two, remains to be seen.
Enzo Le Fee has also been back in training, but whether he's risked from the off in this one is a different question.
Dennis Cirkin, Romaine Mundle and Leo Hjelde are all suffering with longer-term issues.
Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham Hotspur line-up against Brighton and Hove Albion
Xavi Simons was handed his debut by Thomas Frank on arrival against West Ham United, and after a strong start kept his place versus Villarreal, so he looks set to be an important player already.
Djed Spence has been another key feature, but has played a lot of football recently, both domestically and in European competition, so now could be an opportunity to rotate with Destiny Udogie.
Yves Bissouma is not expected to be out for too long, but whether he breaks up a midfield currently ticking along nicely remains to be seen.
The timeline for Radu Dragusin and Dominic Solanke is less clear, with Dejan Kulusevski and James Maddison out for some time yet.
West Ham United
West Ham United line-up against Crystal Palace
West Ham United's greatest success with under-pressure boss Graham Potter this season has been the back four he deployed against Nottingham Forest.
Although that triumph wasn't repeated against Spurs, Potter may go for a similar shape.
He will be without Tomas Soucek, who received a straight red card in that game against Thomas Frank's side, and Aaron Wan-Bissaka has also been ruled out.
Wolverhampton Wanderers
Wolverhampton Wanderers line-up against Leeds United
Wolverhampton Wanderers are still searching to put their first point on the board of the new season, and will hope to do it against new boys Leeds.
Despite signing a new contract with the club following summer interest, injury looks like it could rule striker Jorgen Strand Larsen out of this one, with Tolu Arokodare potentially retaining his spot.
Jose Sa missed the last outing against Newcastle with illness, so his return will depend on his recovery from that, and Ki-Jana Hoever is yet to return from a setback in August.
