Premier League line-ups: Every expected XI this weekend
Looking for Premier League line-ups? Here's how we expect the league to look this weekend

The Premier League line-ups will be announced before kick-off – but here's how we expect teams to shape up this weekend.
Every week, we bring you the XIs that every club will likely to put out, drawing on injury information, how the teams recently lined up and who's available.
So use the navigation to see how our experts expect your team to set up this weekend…
When are the Premier League line-ups released?
Every Premier League club can name their line-up an hour and 15 minutes before kick-off.
Clubs can choose to go earlier, of course, with managers like Marcelo Bielsa, for example, choosing to name his teams up to a day in advance. Such a power move.
When is the Fantasy Premier League deadline for transfers?
This week, the GW3 deadline for FPL is at 11am BST on Satuday, August 30 – 90 minutes before kick-off of the weekend's first fixture.
Line-ups for the first game of the season between Arsenal and Nottingham Forest will drop 15 minutes later.

Arsenal
Arsenal line-up against Nottingham Forest
Arsenal will be without Bukayo Saka once again, along with another key player in William Saliba, following his fourth-minute injury at Anfield before the international break.
The only other selection decision facing manager Mikel Arteta is where to integrate new signing Ebere Eze, with Gabriel Martinelli coming under fire for his performance away to Liverpool last time out. The new signing could well be drafted in on the left-wing and tasked with beginning his relationship with Arsenal's Player of the Month, Riccardo Calafiori, who's at left-back behind him.
Aston Villa
Aston Villa line-up against Everton
Aston Villa are once again without Boubacar Kamara in midfield who is recovering from a hamstring injury, though Amadou Onana's absence casts a little doubt over who will feature alongside Youri Tielemans.
New signings Harvey Elliott and Jadon Sancho may well feature from the bench, while left-back poses a selection decision for boss Unai Emery, with Lucas Digna and Ian Maatsen fighting it out for the spot.
Bournemouth
Bournemouth line-up against Brighton & Hove Albion
Fresh from signing a new contract until 2029, Bournemouth star David Brooks could be one of several Cherries to keep his place this week despite big figures returning from the treatment table.
Manager Andoni Iraola has to decide whether to bring back Justin Kluivert and Ryan Christie into the first XI, though Lewis Cook is perhaps still a little short of his return. Bournemouth's all-time Premier League appearance holder, Adam Smith, is a doubt.
Brentford
Brentford line-up against Chelsea
Brentford boss Keith Andrews remains likely to stick with a similar line-up, with new signing Dango Ouattara expected in an attack with Igor Thiago and Kevin Scade.
Vitaly Janelt is still a doubt for the Bees, while Keane Lewis-Potter is competing with Rico Henry for the starting spot at left-back.
Brighton & Hove Albion
Brighton & Hove Albion line-up against Bournemouth
Brighton manager Fabian Hurzeler may reward the hero of the win against Manchester City, Brajan Gruda, with an opportunity in the no.10 role – whether he chooses Danny Welbeck or Georginio Rutter ahead of him remains to be seen.
Aside from that, the German may well go with a familiar line-up: Yasin Ayari could start ahead of Jack Hinshelwood in midfield.
Burnley
Burnley line-up against Liverpool
Burnley have stuck with the 4-2-3-1 ever since beating Sunderland with the shape and though Manchester United edged out the Clarets in their last outing, it's possible that boss Scott Parker has seen enough from his side in a back four to persist with it.
Either way, Jacob Bruun Larsen will act as an auxiliary wing-back for the swathes of the game that Burnley expect Liverpool to be in possession: otherwise, it'll look much the same.
Chelsea
Chelsea line-up against Brentford
Chelsea have concerns over the fitness of Cole Palmer, but the England international is in line for a start if he passes a fitness test.
The Blues lost Liam Delap to injury last time out: that means that Joao Pedro will lead the line, opening the door for Jamie Gittens to prefer to his left-wing berth and Pedro Neto to return to the right.
Dario Essugo is injured, along with Romeo Lavia and Levi Colwill.
Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace line-up against Sunderland
New signing Yeremy Pino may have to wait to make his debut, as he's a doubt for Crystal Palace this weekend: that gives Justin Devenny the chance to sit alongside Daichi Kamada behind the striker, as Ismaila Sarr is also facing a race to be fit for this one.
Adam Wharton was forced to withdraw from the England squad earlier this month: it remains to be seen whether he'll be fit to return against Sunderland or whether Jefferson Lerma and Will Hughes will be forced to make up a workmanlike midfield for the Eagles.
Everton
Everton line-up against Aston Villa
Everton still have injury issues at the back: Vitalii Mykolenko completed 90 minutes against Wolves on his return from a groin issue but Nathan Patterson and Jarrad Branthwaite are both still absent.
Boss David Moyes is likely to name a similar team to last time out: Thierno Barry may yet have to wait for a run in the side with Beto starting and scoring at Molineux.
Fulham
Fulham line-up against Leeds United
Fulham could well welcome back Antonee Robinson at left-back for his first start of the season, with the Whites looking injury-free for the first time this term.
Manager Marco Silva's selection decisions will be over which of his new signings to blood after a Deadline Day splurge. New record buy Kevin is the most likely to be dropped in from the off ahead of Emile Smith Rowe from the left – while Samu Chukwueze and Jonah Kusi-Asare are options, too.
Leeds United
Leeds United line-up against Fulham
Leeds will be missing Lucas Perri in goal, with Karl Darlow likely to deputise for the Brazilian.
Ao Tanaka and Ethan Ampadu could return in midfield, while new recruit Dominic Calvert-Lewin looks like starting his first game in white following what manager Daniel Farke described as “little doubts” over Lukas Nmecha and Joel Piroe.
Liverpool
Liverpool line-up against Burnley
Alexander Isak is the big news: the new record British signing may only come off the bench though, with gaffer Arne Slot wanting to play it safe when integrating the Swede after a whole summer on the sidelines watching his transfer saga play out.
Right-back is the only area of real intrigue – and thus midfield – with Dominik Szoboszlai having been fantastic there in recent weeks: the sensible option would be for the Hungarian to retain his place there, with Alexis Mac Allister, Ryan Gravenberch and the game-changing sub against Arsenal, Curtis Jones, all vying for spots in the engine room.
Manchester City
Manchester City line-up against Manchester United
Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has injury worries to contend with, with Svinho, Rico Lewis and Abdukodir Khusanov all likely to miss the Manchester Derby along with Rayan Cherki, Josko Gvardiol, Mateo Kovacic and Omar Marmoush.
New signing Gianluigi Donnarumma, meanwhile, could be in line for a debut.
Manchester United
Manchester United line-up against Manchester United
Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim may have no choice but to start Benjamin Sesko, with Mason Mount and Matheus Cunha doubts against Manchester City.
That would bring Bruno Fernandes futher forward into the team and give Kobbie Mainoo a much-publicised chance to start in the centre of the park – while last season's derby hero Amad Diallo may have to wait for a chance from the bench, given the Portuguese's penchant for conservative wing-backs in big games.
Newcastle United
Newcastle United line-up against Wolverhampton Wanderers
Newcastle United gaffer Eddie Howe has a little breathing room when it comes to players returning to the fold: Anthony Gordon is still suspended but Sandro Tonali could return.
Yoane Wissa is expected to lead the line ahead of fellow new boy Nick Woltemade, while Bruno Guimaraes' minutes will be monitored, after two full matches during the international break and the Champions League on the horizon.
Nottingham Forest
Nottingham Forest line-up against Arsenal
Nottingham Forest welcome Ange Postecoglou to the dugout: but the Australian is likely to name a similar XI to the last of the Nuno Espirito Santo era.
The only real injury concern is Ola Aina at right-back, while Douglas Luiz could come in for his first start back in English football following his arrival from Juventus.
Sunderland
Sunderland line-up against Crystal Palace
Sunderland have issues in defence: Dan Ballard, Luke O'Nien, Aji Alese and Dennis Cirkin are all out.
Last season's top scorer Wilson Ididor could return, alongside Enzo Le Fee.
Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham Hotspur line-up against West Ham United
Tottenham manager Thomas Frank could stick with new England international Djed Spence at left-back following his excellent form, with decisions to be made in the midfield, with Joao Palhinha an option depending on whether Spurs want the protection in front of the defence.
Xavi Simons could be in line for a debut – but Frank may choose to deploy him as a sub rather than dropping Pape Matar Sarr.
West Ham United
West Ham United line-up against Tottenham Hotspur
West Ham United manager Graham Potter moved to a back four with great success against Nottingham Forest and may look to stick with the same shape once more, with Soungoutou Magassa in for a first start against Spurs.
Lucas Paqueta may well lead the line with Niklas Fullkrug closing in his return, while Matheus Fernandes could start again.
Wolverhampton Wanderers
Wolverhampton Wanderers line-up against Newcastle United
Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Vitor Pereira has kept star striker Jacob Strand Larsen and will likely start him against Newcastle, the club that he was so heavily linked with.
Ki-Jana Hoever is still a doubt at right wing-back, while Hugo Bueno is fighting David Moller Wolfe for the spot on the opposite flank.
